interest in becoming a donor in our program. This page is designed to be your portal
to all donor information we've placed on the web, and to our application materials, which
are available in two easy-to-complete formats. Streamlined preliminary procedure-- just send
us a clear close-up photograph of your face. That's all you need to do to get
started. Email the photo to
us. Be sure to include your
email address!
WE DO NOT KEEP YOUR PHOTOS IN THE
EVENT THAT WE DO NOT CHOOSE YOU. THEY ARE DESTROYED. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE RETURN THE PHOTOS TO YOU.

answers to frequently-asked questions. If you then feel egg donation is right for
you, the next step is to submit two photographs along with a brief biographical statement
suitable for posting. Please see here
for instructions regarding the format of the photographs and the biographical
statement.
Your photos and biographical note will
be reviewed by our director, who may then suggest that you complete our full
application. (You may, if you wish, submit the full application instead of the
biographical statement.)
Once we have the photographs we need
and a signed application, if our director approves, we typically prepare your web page for
display. Before it is publicly posted, we post it on a part of our site which only
you can access with a password we give you. If you approve of the presentation, the
page is made available on the public part of the site.
